1. JAMES Black (Sr), (IMMIGRANT) was born in 1674 in Cowall, Argyllshire, SCOTLAND. He died in 1751 in Virginia. Son of Ian Black (1640-1700) and Faith Bridges (1640-1721)

JAMES Black (Sr), (IMMIGRANT) and ELEANOR (__?__) were married in 1700. ELEANOR (__?__) was born in 1675 in Cowall, Argyllshire, SCOTLAND. She died after 1705 in Argyllshire, SCOTLAND.

JAMES Black (Sr), (IMMIGRANT) and ELEANOR (__?__) had the following children:

2	i.	Samuel Black was born in 1700 in SCOTLAND. He died on 9 August 1770 in Albemarle County, Virginia.
3	ii.	James Black was born in 1703 in SCOTLAND. He died young in Ireland.
